FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OVERVIEW
Master Positioning, LLC is offering anyone and everyone who signs up and pays (“Subscribers”) for the Master Positioning Advanced Training Program (“Program”) a 100% money-back guarantee (“Guarantee”) for the Program which commences the first week of October 2020.
The Guarantee is specific to this specific Program only and is governed by the following Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
ELIGIBILITY
This Guarantee is offered and will be automatically enabled for all Subscribers to the Master Positioning Advanced Training Program which commences the first week of October 2020.
By Subscribing to and paying the fees for the Program, Subscribers will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Master Positioning, LLC and Marty Marion specifically reserve the right in their absolute and sole discretion to refuse claims for refunds that do not comply with these Terms.
No bulk or third-party claims will be accepted. The Guarantee is offered to the individual Subscriber only, or to the business that paid for the Program. Membership in the Program can not be transferred.
THE GUARANTEE
This Guarantee is intended to minimize or eliminate the cost-risk of subscribing to the Program.
The Guarantee provides that Master Positioning, LLC will refund 100% of the actual monetary costs paid by the Subscriber for the Program if the following conditions (“Conditions”) are met in full:The Subscriber must COMPLETE the Program. The Subscriber does not have to attend each live training session in person at the actual time of the live training sessions, but must at minimum participate in at least 50% of the live training sessions and attest that they have viewed all sessions they have not attended via the Call Replay feature offered on the Master Positioning website at https://masterpositioning.com.
Subscriber agrees and acknowledges that the Program is a 24-week program, with consecutive weekly live training sessions online; the program consists of 20 consecutive weeks of live training sessions online for the core Master Positioning Advanced Training Program, and an addition 4 weeks of training sessions for the special module on Weaponization of Marketing. For the Guarantee to become effective, Subscriber must complete the entire Program. If, in the event that Master Positioning, for any reason, needs to extend the length of the Program (for example due to holidays, emergencies that require a postponement of one or more live training sessions, or other Acts of God or reasons of force majeure), Master Positioning will make every attempt to provide such missed training at its earliest convenience; the Guarantee becomes active only upon completion of the entire Program.
For clarity, the Guarantee becomes active and effective upon completion of the last of the 24 live training sessions, and not before.
Subscribers need not take any action to activate the Guarantee but must comply with all Terms to claim a refund.
The Guarantee provides, and solely provides that if Subscriber a) completes the Program, AND b) actively applies the strategies and tactics taught in the Program in their business, AND c) within a period of 90 business days following completion of the Program does not acquire one or more new clients or customers where the total revenue from such clients or customers does not equal or exceed the cost of the Program paid by the Subscriber, the Subscriber may request a refund of 100% of the fees paid to enroll in the Program.
HOW TO CLAIM A REFUND UNDER THIS GUARANTEE
In order to claim a refund under the Master Positioning, LLC Guarantee as defined in this document, the Subscriber must fulfill all of the following requirements:
It is the responsibility of the Subscriber to notify Master Positioning, LLC in writing via email at [email protected] and attest honestly that they have a) completed the Program, AND b) made a best-efforts attempt to utilize the training, strategies and tactics as taught in their business, AND c) that they have not, given a period of 90 business days, acquired new clients or customers whose total revenue to Subscriber or their business has equaled or exceeded the total payments made by Subscriber for the Program and training.
The email request for a refund must include the Subscribers full name, the email address they used to register for the Program, and a statement in writing attesting to the fact that you have indeed completed the entire course, are currently paid in full, that you have to the best of your ability implemented the training, that you have given it 90 business days, and you have not in fact generated new business equal to or exceeding the total price you paid for the training.
You may claim a refund if you have completed the Program and no less than 90 business days have passed since the completion of the entire Program. No refunds will be issued under this Guarantee to any Subscriber who has not completed the Program, or who has not used their best efforts to apply the training, strategy and tactics taught in the Program.
REFUND
The cost paid by Subscriber for the Program will be refunded upon the receipt by Master Positioning, LLC of the required email request for a refund, and upon our validation, in our sole discretion that Subscriber has completed the Program. We will rely on your honesty and integrity and your attestation that you did, in fact, use your best efforts to apply the training, strategy and tactics taught to the best of your ability in your business.
Refunds will be paid by refunding the amount paid by Subscriber for the Program to the original method used by the Subscriber to pay for the Program. If this method is for any reason no longer available, you must email Master Positioning, LLC at [email protected] and inform us of a suitable method to issue the refund.

GENERAL
Master Positioning, LLC will not accept any responsibility for untimely, ineligible or incomplete claims.
Master Positioning, LLC does not accept any liability whatsoever for any losses or claims arising out of the Program or its training lessons, and you specifically and affirmatively agree to defend, indemnify and hold MASTER POSITIONING, LLC and its affiliates and their directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, subsidiaries, successors and assigns (collectively, the “MASTER POSITIONING Parties”) harmless, from and against any claims, losses, damages, penalties, demands, actions, suits, judgments, settlements, costs, liabilities, obligations and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (“Losses”), resulting from your breach or alleged breach of these Terms, regardless of the form of action.
