PLEASE READ THIS PRIVACY POLICY CAREFULLY. IT DESCRIBES HOW MASTER POSITIONING LLC COLLECTS, USES, DISCLOSES, RETAINS, TRANSFERS, AND PROTECTS PERSONAL INFORMATION, AS WELL AS CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH USE OF OUR SERVICES.
Master Positioning LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Master Positioning,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operates digital publishing, consulting, educational, and related services through www.masterpositioning.com and associated digital properties (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through:

• Digital downloads (including PDFs and other files)
• Private consulting sessions
• Group consulting sessions
• Live courses
• Pre-recorded courses
• Webinar registrations
• SMS communications
• Email communications
• Advertising and remarketing campaigns
• Membership portals and digital access systems
• Any other products or services, digital or physical, or in any form or medium whatsoever offered under the umbrella of Master Positioning LLC.
This Privacy Policy supersedes all prior versions.
- SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS
For purposes of this Policy, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual.
This Policy does not apply to third-party services not owned or controlled by Master Positioning LLC, including payment processors, advertising networks, analytics platforms, or social media services, which are governed by their own policies.
- CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED
We may collect and process the following categories of Personal Information:
Identifiers, including name, email address, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, IP address, and device identifiers.
Commercial information, including but not limited to products purchased, courses enrolled in, consulting services scheduled, transaction records, and subscription information.

Professional information, including but not limited to company name and professional title where voluntarily provided.

Inferences derived from the above categories to personalize communications, segment audiences, and tailor advertising.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government-issued identification numbers, precise GPS-level geolocation, biometric identifiers, health information, or financial account login credentials.
- METHODS OF COLLECTION
Personal Information may be collected directly from you when you purchase products, enroll in courses, register for events, schedule consulting sessions, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with the Services.
Personal Information is collected automatically through cookies, pixels, web beacons, embedded scripts, server logs, remarketing technologies, advertising platforms including Meta and Google, analytics tools including Google Analytics, and other tracking technologies.
Information may also be received from third-party vendors including payment processors, SMS platforms, advertising platforms, and analytics providers.
- PAYMENT PROCESSING AND PCI COMPLIANCE
All payment transactions are processed exclusively by independent third-party payment processors certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
Master Positioning LLC does not directly collect, store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers, CVV codes, payment authentication data, or magnetic stripe data.
We may retain limited transaction metadata such as transaction identifiers, order confirmations, and processor-provided reference information for accounting, fraud detection, chargeback management, dispute resolution, tax compliance, and recordkeeping.
- PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
We process Personal Information for legitimate business purposes including fulfilling product orders, delivering digital materials, administering consulting engagements, conducting courses, processing payments, sending newsletters, administering SMS communications, performing remarketing and retargeting campaigns, segmenting audiences for marketing optimization, improving Services, maintaining security, detecting fraud, enforcing agreements, complying with legal obligations, and maintaining financial and insurance records.
- COOKIES, PIXELS, REMARKETING, AND SEGMENTATION
We use first-party and third-party cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons, embedded scripts, server-side tracking, and similar technologies for operational, analytical, and marketing purposes.
Advertising technologies from platforms including Meta, Google, and other advertising networks may collect information about your browsing behavior across websites and devices. These technologies may enable remarketing and retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation based on prior engagement.

- SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
We do not sell Personal Information for monetary consideration. We may share Personal Information with service providers and contractors including hosting providers, payment processors, SMS vendors, email vendors, analytics providers, advertising platforms, cloud storage providers, legal advisors, accountants, insurers, and event sponsors where applicable.
Certain advertising activities may constitute “sharing” under California law for cross-context behavioral advertising. We provide required opt-out rights.

In the preceding twelve months, we may have collected identifiers, commercial information, internet activity data, professional information, and inferences. These categories may have been disclosed to service providers for business purposes. Internet activity and identifiers may have been shared with advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents have rights to access, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit sensitive personal information, and not be discriminated against.
We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

- DATA RETENTION
Personal Information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, comply with legal requirements, maintain financial records, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy insurance documentation obligations.
- DATA SECURITY AND BREACH RESPONSE
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit, restricted access controls, secure hosting, vendor due diligence, system monitoring, and routine updates.
In the event of a data breach, we will comply with applicable notification laws.
- CHILDREN’S PRIVACY (COPPA)
The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, such information will be deleted.
- ACCESSIBILITY OF THE SERVICES
Master Positioning LLC recognizes the importance of accessibility and makes reasonable efforts to improve accessibility consistent with evolving industry practices. We do not represent or guarantee full accessibility under all circumstances.

- WEBSITE DISCLAIMER
The Services and all content, products, courses, consulting materials, and information provided through the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Master Positioning LLC disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Services is at your own risk.
- DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA)
If you believe that material on the Services infringes your copyright, you must provide a written notice including:
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and sufficient information to permit us to locate it.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notices must include:
Identification of the material removed.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your name, address, telephone number.
A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the Federal District Court in your district (or in Delaware if outside the United States).
Your physical or electronic signature.

- DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from or relating to the Services or this Privacy Policy shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not through class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
This clause does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
- CORPORATE TRANSACTIONS
Personal Information may be transferred in connection with mergers, acquisitions, financing transactions, or asset sales.
- CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy periodically. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance.
